Bond Market Cools; Federal Reserve board member says he may opt to hold rates steady

“If there is continued progress toward our 2 percent goal, then I am willing to support holding the policy rate at its current level,” Federal Reserve board of governors member Christopher Waller said today at a public event in Washington, D.C.
